Very clean. Staff was extremely helpful and considerate as we do not speak French. Breakfast had my favorites. I would stay here anytime.
Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. Great renovated room. New furniture, very comfy and clean room and bathroom. Very modern look on the inside of the room. Room has outside door for parking access and indoor hotel door access. Restaurant menu has a lot of choices. Breakfast is excellent!! Would recommend also for lunch and supper as multiples choices are available on the menu. Front desk service is very good!
Decent place for staying in a city with the size of La Tuque. Rooms (200 row) were renovated and were clean. Some spiders in the room though.
The hotel/motel's staff is really nice and the rooms are definitely clean. It was really good value for what I was expecting. There are many amenities in the room: fridge, coffee maker, TV (small, though). The showers' heads have good pressure, although the water tanks are shared between rooms. Also, the WiFi is slow.
My wife & I spent a wonderful night here in her home town,La Tuque. We're so surprised to see the quality of the contemporary room at this little motel. It was as nice as the Aria in Vegas! Everything was new , the decor modern , and the bed was very firm like we like it. We had a great breakfast the next day in the restaurant and it too was outstanding. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a very nice waterfall nearby. Recetion service is mostly in French. Restaurant employees do speak a little bit of English.
Location is Perfect if you plan to visit or have to stay over for work. Reception was very polite. My only issue the bathroom sink would not drain and we were only there for a few hours in the night so no one to call. Other than that, would recommend if you’re looking for a place to crash.
Polite staff and the nicest MOTEL room I have ever stayed in. They have a great breakfast at the restaurant. The parking lot was very icy, but I wouldn't let it keep me from staying here in the future. There aren't a lot of options in the remote area, so an establishment could use that as a reason to just be OK, but the motel did a great job at trying to deliver a great experience.
